So, i believe that last time i posted on my website was around may….Ouah, that makes me feel like crap.

I like to believe that i am really busy but i also know that i am slightly disorganized and a little too addicted to shopping to spend afternoons online. Specially since i am not a big fan of buying stuff online, and since my computer gave up on me, my presence here as been rare.

I am now in new york city for “the gypsy jam weekend ” where i am teaching with Tommy. Last week we had a great photo shoot with his cousin and i will post the pictures shortly on my website.

Here is a video of Thomas and I performing our classic routine at ILHC. We actually placed first. I am proud of us for finally giving birth to tis routine that we actually started choreographing in february.

As some of you may know, i am appyling for art school in Paris next year.

For the occasion, i created a new CV . It was kinda fun to create a CV that wasn’t so professional. Maybe i went a little too crazy on it, but i thought it should reflect my personnality. The CV is meant to be folded in 3 parts and is both printed in the front and the back.

The image on the top is the outside and the text comes inside… Anyway, if you’re interested you’ll figure it out.

On the sunny side of the street is one of my favorite swing song. Usually, I am a little picky concerning the version of the song, but not so much on that particular song cause I really like the melody and the message of the song.

Yes, it is coming up. Next week end, i am in Darmstadt to teach a solo workshop and i am really excited about it.I first need to catch up on some sleep cause i am really exhausted. I had a lot of fun at PSSF (Prague swing spring festival ) and i got really inspired by the beauty of the city. Hopefully, some new design ideas will born out of it. Until then, come to germany and learn to move your body.Kick back, knee slap…. i think you get the idea

I do believe that “home is where you heart is”. Luka Dolenc (great photograph/dancer/person) said it to me once and i just can’t get it out of my mind. Although i still have the travel bug, i have been getting closer to finding a home. Not because my heart is anywhere yet but simply because i have been going back to the same place everyweek. Yes unbelievable but true, i dropped my bags in Paris. Who knows, maybe my heart will catch up soon.

Someday i’ll get married too. Please don’t laugh… I am not talking about kids or pets yet, but there is a chance that i’ll fall in love and want to pay less taxes.

Or maybe i’ll just marry an american fella to get a green card and move to the states. What do you think ? I think San Fransisco or New Orleans would be great ,wouldn’t it ?

Anyway, Sophie wanted something that would represent the places where her and Antony lived , the dates that were important to them… So i came up with a little something. She finally decided to change the colors for something more formal (gray and pink) but i like those a little better

So until i find my prince (hahaha i know they don’t exist), i can keep on making wedding invitation for others.

So i was sitting on an airplane, as i do almost every week end, and for some reasons i couldn’t sleep. The good thing about being on a plane and having an old computer with a short lifetime battery is that you have to find other occupation than zoning out on your laptop. The trip back from new orleans was quite long so i got to watch many movies. One of them was called “the education” (if i remember it right) and the aesthetic of the movie inspired me to start drawing.

I guess the “School girls smoking in secret” somehow reminds me of the first time i tried to smoke.

Studio 88 swing & swinging air force

As my friend and wellknown dancer Annie trudeau is remodelling her studio in Montréal, i thought it would be a good idea to remodel her logo as well.

And then one thing lead to another…. I suggested to change the logo of her performance team as well to make them match better.

I still consider it as a work in progress kind of thing, but this is where it is right now.
